How It Feels to Float by Helena Fox

5.0

I really liked this book. First! A shout of for not romanticizing mental illnesses (the bare minimum - so sick of seeing that). I thought the Biz represented mental illness really well along with Fox presenting it correctly. It was not so rigid and structured, nor cliché. Very believable along with a very interesting perspective. The reason why I really like it was because it was different than most books with a mentally ill protagonist (at least the ones I have read), it did not feel fake or forced. The writing style and add ons allowed me to see Biz as a real person.
