The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

5.0

Amazingly written and superbly plotted!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This book kept me glued throughout and I have already started to read the second one in the series.
I particularly also liked it as it doesn't have unnecessary descriptions of the surroundings or situations which keeps the story moving forward.
Strongly suggested for the ones whose fav genre is Adventure.
The thought is unique and revolves around the basic need of human for its survival which is food.
Katniss Everdeen, the protagonist is forced by the Capitol to play the game, but she strongly disagrees to be a puppet on the hands of Capitol and thus embarks the scary journey of survival and winning. It is accompanied by game changing twists which keeps the story interesting and with the end of the game ends something more, the make believe dignity of the Capitol causing chances of rebellion among people, thus taking the story to second book. Overall, this book is worth your time.
