I still remember when I first read this book four years ago. I'd picked it up at a thrift store, and it took me about three weeks to get through it, all the while I was wondering why it was so popular because I didn't understand the hype.

Then I got to the plot twist at the end and I went, "oh. oh."

And I knew there was something here. The Prisoner of Azkaban was what really sealed the deal for me (this book is my weakest in the series imo) but I've been chasing the high of those mind blowing plot twists ever since and still have yet to find a series that tops this. (The Prison Healer is the only one that has ever come close
