Elf Against the Wall by Alina Jacobs

3.0

Elf Against the Wall brings the festive chaos, steamy tension, and laugh-out-loud moments you'd expect from a holiday rom-com. The quirky family drama and bad-boy-with-a-heart dynamic made for some fun scenes, and Anderson definitely brought the swoon factor with his mischievous charm.

That said, the storyline felt very similar to the first book in the series, which left me wanting something fresher. While I enjoyed the humor and holiday spirit, I was hoping for a plot that stood out a bit more and gave the characters a unique journey to their happily ever after.

If you're in the mood for a fun, spicy Christmas read with over-the-top shenanigans, this might still check the boxes for you—but I’d recommend going in with tempered expectations if you’re looking for something new from this series.
