A mixed media novel definitely takes some getting used to. BUT once you get through the initial unfamiliarity and get into the story it’s so good! I think most of the times I would find a story cliche at this point just because I’ve read so much mystery/thriller novels, so the mix media thing is really refreshing. PLUS the story is so solid! I can only describe it as peeling an onion where there are so many layers waiting to be exposed. Great characters that shines through the transcripts, letters and whatsapp conversations that really makes you connect with them and feel a sense of loss at the end. Good pace too. I just have so many good things to say about this book!!! Very happy I read it:)
