This has been my favorite of the Wildes of Lindow Castle series so far. Betsy and Jeremy are so much fun to read about and seem to jump off the page. I appreciated that Eloisa James did not overburden Betsy with baggage from her mother (it very easily could have veered into that territory) and seamlessly led both heroine and hero through some major development without being sappy/draggy/tedious. She nailed it. This is a truly lovely, uplifting, wonderfully written book and I look forward to re-reading it again and again.
