This book was recommended to me by a co-worker because I teach World History. Unfortunately the book wasn't as powerful as I had hoped. In some ways it seemed predictable and was not exciting. It is sad that the teacher was able to recreate a group similar to the Nazis, but I think that is partially because all high school students are looking to fit in somewhere. I hate to say it, but this book didn't impress me as much as it did my co-worker.
