Jane Eyre
by Charlotte Brontë
Read for ATS2200 - Victorian Literature.
Oh boy, this was a time. I don't think when I first read Jane Eyre back in like 2017 I was able to fully appreciate it, and since then I have developed negative associations with this book due to a former friend who was obsessed with it. So being made to reread this for uni was not what I wanted to do.
It was fine. I think I could have liked it more, but I just didn't which sucks but despite listening to the audiobook at 2x speed while playing Crusader Kings III I still think I managed to grasp more of what was going on this time than the first time haha.
