That book was very adorable. I liked it a lot more than I thought I was going to. I read it on a whim because I found it was a high school hockey romance, and I’ve been loving love stories with hockey involved. It’s basically a very sweet and innocent version of an Off-campus series book.
I liked the way that this book did the “secret online identities” trope. It handled the “reveal” in a different way than most stories do, which was fun. And it made sense given the length of the book. I also really liked both Pierce and Lia as characters. Especially Pierce and seeing how much he cared for his brother.
Even though for some reason I was getting a little bored by the end (that may have been my fault), I still thought it was a very cute and worthwhile story with great characters.
