Endless Night by Agatha Christie
5.0

"Poor little rich girl..."

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about this one compared to most of Christie's other novels. Despite the minimal cast of characters, a couple of them really hit hard.

I was certainly entertained by this novel -- in full recognition of the black sheep that it is.

Reread 2022: I don't usually say this about Christie novels, but I think the audiobook is the best way to experience this one, especially if it's your first read. Hugh Fraser's work with Mike is phenomenal, especially with his chapter-long monologue at the end.

Reread 2022 (again): Still one of my favourites.
