Wow I am impressed! I didn’t really know what to expect going into this, but Bonnie-Sue Hitchcock did such an amazing job of weaving together these different people and places. I didn’t know whether I was going to love or hate this book during the first couple of stories, it’s very much a slice of life with a small overarching story. But the stories are compelling and you want to keep reading to see who is connected to who and how.
Also that last story punched me straight in the gut.
