This book definitely fits into the “unhinged female protagonists” trope. At first I thought the book was going nowhere but the plot picks up in the last 1/4 of the book. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I don’t feel like the plot moves as much. The beginning to the middle of the book is quite a bore to read, without nothing much happening.
