I thought that the tension between both protagonists were not enough and wish that the ending did not happen with the werewolves just coming out of nowhere really since they were not a part of the climax of the book. I personally really enjoyed the part when Nikolaus found out that he had been tricked and didn't fall back for Ravin too quickly.
I give this book three stars since I did not like how Ravin pretty much lost all will to keep fighting against Nikolaus and wouldn't even attempt to really kill him because she lusted after him.
