Amazing! If you are a Bowie fan you'll want to read this. I would read it again now that I've finished it while playing the songs/albums Rob is referencing as I think that would be the best way to experience it. However, I think my hubby is sick of Bowie for right now.
This one book brings back your whole life. All of your phases, growth spurts, times you had no idea who you were or would ever be, when music meant everything to you and it really was beyond identity.
You realize while Bowie is just the most amazing space-alien god artist whom you are lucky to look upon but know deep down that while he touches your soul and you understand each other, you don't really understand Bowie at all.
I'll probably read everything by Rob now that I've read this.
