This was fun!
The revulsion between the MCs at first was so strong, I wasn't sure if I'd like the love story development, since it seemed really unlikely they'd ever get along. But this was executed well and I quickly forgot what they were bitching about in the first place. I loved the kids, they really were super cute. The whole forced prox situation wasn't as forced as I thought it'd be, and it's definitely not an enemies-are-in-forced-proximity-situation, just if that's what you're not looking for.
The pacing was totally fine, the humour was great, and as someone with anxiety, the little bit of focus on living in constant stress over if your loved ones are okay was great representation, even though I would have wished for a more emotional focus regarding this rep. But I guess it is a lighthearted typical AJ Truman book :D
