More like a 2 1/2 but I thought it really unraveled by the end. It had a promising start but it eventually became too expansive and unfocused. The dry prose couldn’t make up for that shortcoming (such boring sentences my god). Too much reliance on summary, longer than necessary, many of the time skips seemed lazy. I had almost no sense of most of these characters.
