I think if I read it in print I would’ve enjoyed it more, so I’m trying to account for that in my rating. The very very ending made it worth it to me, and the premise is so interesting and intricate which is what I love about turton’s writing, but it was hard to follow at times. The first plot twist I enjoyed, the main one less so, the final one I enjoyed again. I thought the narrator did great but the majority of main characters were female so I think it would’ve been easier to follow with multiple narrators or a female one! I guess moral is enjoyed the story, wouldn’t recommend as much in audio format.
