A suspenseful thriller in an old Paris apartment building with strange characters. When a journalist looks too deeply into the residents, he disappears just before his sister is about to arrive. Her search for him uncovers the secrets of the building and its inhabitants. 

This is a thriller, so not my usual genre, but was read well by several readers as the narrative changed from character to character. Suspenseful and slightly creepy, but not in any supernatural way. Just creepy people.
