Did not finish book. Stopped at 8%.
I wanted to support the author and his lil fame from TikTok. I plan on joining the indie writer side one day, so I wanted to support where I can. I'm not sure why, but the YA category always seems a lot more dark/mature than "adult" novels. I also just couldn't get into it. The story seemed adorable, but after finding out the FMC was 16 the cover art threw me off and after reading more reviews, some stuff seemed odd for a minor. 

I hope the author has continued success and maybe gets an editor, but this book wasn't for me!
