I try to like billionaire/mafia romance/erotica and it’s just not for me. Despite genre not doing it for me, I disliked some of the characters’ vocab choices which took me out of the story… “f*cknuggets” and the continued use of the term of endearment “shorty” come to mind. Gave me the ick. Appreciated the “why choose” aspect here and the MM spice woven in very well. Thought the dynamic between the male characters was pretty good all things considered.
