This book has taken me too long to pick this up, but I’m glad I finally did! The hype is deserved. I ate this one up and I’m excited to dive into the next one.
We see their friendship develop and strengthen and how comfortable they become with one another.
Sometimes graphic novels can feel like they’re missing a little bit of something to me because they’re fast paced, but this story felt complete, even with a cliffhanger.
TW: Outing, Homophobia, Bullying, Sexual intimidation
Read for:
🥁 Graphic Novel
🥁 Friends to Lovers
🥁 Queer
🥁 YA Romance
OVERALL
Overall, I give this 5 stars. I don’t have much to say without giving it all away and there’s still more of their journey left for me to go
