I didn't expect to like this book as much as I did, but gosh was it a trip. I've had so-so luck with women's paranormal or urban fantasy books, so this was a much needed and delightful change of pace.
I didn't find a single character I didn't love in this book. All the Rasha have major issues to deal with that I'm sure will get hashed out during the series (including Nava and honestly?? Probably Ari). The worldbuilding is stellar and Ms. Clara is just. So funny. Fjnsndjs
I love them all and I cannot wait to get back to this series in the next book. But first, my nigh insurmountable reading list.
Don't let Nava's party life hijinks fool you, this is an absolute banger of a book with an emotonal heart that sings true to lead into even greater stories in the future.
