Keep Moving: Notes on Loss, Creativity, and Change by Maggie Smith

4.0

I think this book would have been more relevant to me at another time in my life. Being in a pandemic, most days I feel like I'm in a period of complete eerie non-change. However, I think I'll go back to this book at future points in my life when I am going through upheaval. I particularly liked the chapters addressing her social anxiety when she was younger, as I feel like a lot of self-help books fail to address that in their advice. This motivated me to take small actions toward positive change in my life and made that feel more approachable.
