The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell by Robert Dugoni

4.5 stars, rounded up

This story was hugely character driven, and it was impossible for me to NOT feel connected to each and every character by the end of the book. As you follow the cast through the years, there is a ton of character development as the reader gets to know each of them at various ages and stages in their lives. Though I did find the story to be a little slow in certain places, the characters are really what made this such a great read for me.
