This book had been featured on my recommendations list for so long that I had to read it. But I guess this book was not for me.
The premise of the book is good. It got this Victorian Era mystery-solving kind of thing. But I cannot, for the life of me, like or get in the head of the main character. I haven't finished a quarter of this book and I already find her annoying. And I don't like starting a book by hating its main character. I just can't.
