Basically had to force myself to even finish this book. I was confused over half of the time and struggled to follow along due to how sudden things would happen without any apparent reason. All the characters are just crazy versions of over done stereotypes. So many times random things would happen and the explanations didn’t make sense with what was going on in that moment. I hated the main character and really all of the characters in this book so much. I’m a big horror movie fan but none of the characters were original and it felt like a cop out to just use almost the exact same story instead. It wasn’t even like they were based on the movies almost everything was the exact same. There was a couple good parts but they were so over-shined by everything else. The basic idea idea of the book was this book was good but the execution was not it for me.
