Kat Ross never fails to surprise. Basically, at no point in this series have I known where we were headed. All of the main characters are wildly compelling, even when I can't stand them or their decisions. I found so much satisfaction in all the different paths finally merging. Book three is the perfect culmination of the past two books and setting the stage for the final installment. I absolutely cannot wait to see how it all ends and who will be the victor. Be prepared for bloodshed, tenuous alliances, endless twists, and constant betrayal in The Nightmarked Series.
