♾️/5 stars – this entire series will have a piece of my heart for as long as I live..
This book was just beautiful, everything from start to finish had me hooked. I felt every. single. emotion.
Nesta and Cassian are the ELITE acotar couple – don’t get me wrong I still love Feyre and Rhys but this book made me see them in a bit of a different light. I cannot put in words how beautiful Nesta’s character growth and healing was. I wasn’t her biggest fan at the start of the series but am definitely on the Nesta bandwagon now. The friendships she created and relationships she mended made my heart so happy. Gwyn and Emerie truly saved her, and their friendship made me so emotional and made me value my best friends even more.
SJM has such an amazing way of writing about woman finding their strength. Her writing style is so gravitating and descriptive. As a beginner fantasy reader this was well appreciated, and I am excited to dive into more books!
Also, the smut was smuttin’ SHEESHHH – Cassian and Nesta made me blush and kick my feet screaming!!
I can go on and on but then this review would turn into a book of its own. Please read this series if you have not already, you will not regret it. Oh the things I would do to read this series for the first time all over again..
