I didn’t have very high expectations for this book, but it turned out to be a cosy romantic read that was lighthearted with low stakes and great autumn vibes. It got a bit insta-lovey at the start and the spicy scenes felt a bit too long, but I will be reading the rest of the series if that’s any indication as to my thoughts 😆
