Kyrie and Jack both work at the same university, but it is not the first time they met. They also both happen to be serial killers. Jack was born that way, but he had a hand in Kyrie becoming one. Throughout the story, we get to see them work together. As a fan of Bones and the Mindf*ck series, I could see similarities between them, and it made me love this book even more. It is dark, so please check the trigger warnings.
