I didn't really understand this book. Things I did understand:
-there is a boy named Bam
-he should not have been able to enter the Tower by himself
-this makes him an irregular
-he wants to make it to the top of the Tower to find his friend Rachel
-he has to pass tests to make it up the Tower
-it is crazy hard to pass the tests
