I mean… fine? Look, I’d happily devour 600 more aggressively mediocre stories set in this practically perfect universe and still call it a good time. The writing and world-building remain flawless. The way the main plot keeps expanding across different character perspectives is borderline wizardry. Now, were these two characters my favorite pair of narrative binoculars? Not exactly. But I appreciated the angle required here. A solid installment!
