I've been in this fantasy/romance mood and I've always been recommended this series - for years, and years now - and I'm so glad I finally picked it up. Perfect world-building, intriguing characters and angsty romance (with a painful love triangle if I might add; but honestly the torment is quite enjoyable). Picking this up for the second time to continue on with the series has proved that this could stand the test of time. I'm so happy with how enjoyable this was and only hope it continues to get better from there.
