Secrets of a D-List Supervillain by Jim Bernheimer

3.0

I picked this one up not realizing I was joining the game late: three books into the series. Since I didn't read the first two books yet, I found this one a little disjointed, referencing things that weren't explored because they were probably explored in the other books. That's on me though, for reading out of order. I liked the main character and really enjoyed his snarky attitude and clever repartee. I enjoyed the world and the rest of the cast, too. It's got me curious and intending to go read those other books to see what I was missing.
