The protagonists in Harlan Coben's books are often difficult to warm to, even Myron Bolitar, who I now love, I wasn't sure about until a few books into his series. I think this is done purposefully and an aspect of Coben's writing that I really enjoy. In my opinion, Sami Kearce is his most likeable protagonist yet, I was rooting for him from the start and I hope to see his series continue and to see this book be adapted into a series like Fool Me Once, *crossing my fingers that the brilliant Adeel Akhtar will portray him again*. I enjoyed Nobody's Fool more than Fool Me Once and always love the callbacks/easter eggs to characters, events and organisations from other Harlan Coben stories.
