Did not finish book. Stopped at 57%.

Even after 300 pages, I still felt lost. Most of the characters were bland and barely memorable. The world building was confusing and there were entire paragraphs with made up words that just took me out of the story entirely. I just felt bored and reading was starting to feel like a chore.
