M Is for Magic by Neil Gaiman
3.0

Neil Gaiman is always a fabulous storyteller. When reading his stories, including these, I get involved in a thoughtful escapism.
I enjoyed the variety of the short stories in this volume. There were some lovely, gruesome twists that kept things interesting. Unfortunately, since I have grown used to a certain a high standard for Gaiman's stories I felt a bit disappointed by a few of the included tales.
I must say I enjoyed the chance to read some more short stories, it is a format I've been reading more lately than I have since I a child, and I am enjoying the chance to finish an entire story in a short bit.
