Tempest by Lisa Henry, J.A. Rock

And we arrived to the end, and at the end I'm fully charmed by these sweet, funny, loveable characters.

This was, hands down, the heavier book when it comes to character-growth. There is a lot of tension in this one, which is quite logic, as all the threads need to be tied and there was a lot that needed to be aknowlodged and solved. I liked that this was done without rushing toward a rose-tinted conclusion.

And I need to say that I love Mac's niece Cory and her friendship with Viola. Okay, I love Mac's family, all of them :P

In short, a delightful series that I really enjoyed,

Oh! And Nick J. Russo's narration was great :D
