I had a false start with this book: I think more due to my reading attitude than the writing. When I did pick it up again some considerable time later, I found myself re-engaged with the story immediately and ended up binge reading about the last 40%. It was fast moving, perhaps a little confusing at times for one who doesn’t easily remember names! A good read.
