Good writing just not my cup of tea. Saw this at B&N and bought it after reading the back synopsis- which sounded wild and amazing, but left me a little disappointed. I personally would’ve enjoyed it more if the story was unfolding in the present instead of Evie reflecting on her life as a middle-aged woman.
