Aw this was a cute read and a nice way to finish up my time in Chestnut Springs.
This wasn’t my favourite if the series but it was a lot of fun. I love a fake dating trope and this was a really cute one. Bailey was a great character and I loved her backstory as part of the trash family. I also liked seeing the underside of Beau, he’s always been a bit of an intermittent clown in the previous books so getting more on his backstory was fun.
But I’m not super keen on age gap romances and even though it really isn’t in this story, something about a 35 year old guy and a 22 year old woman just feels icky to me.
