Pretend You're Mine by Lucy Score

5.0

I fell in love with Lucy Score because of "Things We Never Get Over" in the beginning of this year. When I was looking for more books of hers I found "Pretend You're Mine" and let me tell you, I fell in love with Luke within the first few pages. This book is different for me, mostly because it goes further. It doesn't stop with going to war and coming back to a happy ever after. It's about falling in love, fighting for love, war, family and so much more. This is definitely one of my favorite books I've read so far in 2023.
I love Lucy Scores writing style and her way with words. This book is spicy. VERY SPICY. It is enjoyable and cute at the same time and by the end I was just happy for them, whilst also sad for me because I wanted to spend more time with Harper and Luke.
I would recommend 10/10!
