I've been meaning to pick up one of Heyer's books as I've read so much about how good they are when it comes to Regency novels. However, I was somewhat disappointed. Her style is not at all like Austen and her characters are somewhat annoying, especially the weak minded heroines (if you can even call them that). I've only read 2 of her books, and maybe I read the wrong ones, but I'm not that excited to pick up any more of her books.
