This was a really cute book. I have not read any of the other books in this series and you do not need to, to know what is going on. I like when authors do that so this way if you end up with a book and it is not the first one it still makes since to read it. It had a lot of action in it and there was a little bit of romance but it was mostly about a girl who had to realize how strong she was and that she could defeat anything that crossed her path. She was a very strong girl. As the adventures continue.
