This is a moving story about learning to love and embrace all of the aspects of your identity. I adore Reha’s character because she is incredibly brave and determined and despite the fact that this book is a little over 200 pages long and written in verse, Reha’s character arc is strong. Additionally, this book takes place during the ’80s, and I love all of the pop culture references!
