Living Forward: A Proven Plan to Stop Drifting and Get the Life You Want by Daniel Harkavy, Michael Hyatt
3.0
This is another practical tool for the toolbox, but it oversimplifies transformation. The book's sole focus is developing a Life Plan. The authors detail how to develop a life plan and how this will focus your life and free you up to pursue the things that matter most. They include free downloads that are simple and handy. The Life Plan exercise is a great to help individuals prioritize, focus in on personal values and step towards an intentional life. With discipline, it can yield productive results, however, the book remains superficial and ultimately becomes a tool on how build the BEST to-do list EVER. The book does little to address the importance of self-awareness and ego. I'm not asking for a whole chapter on ego, but the Life Plan will have little value if it's written by the pen of a narcissist.
