No Safety in Numbers by Dayna Lorentz

The premise was interesting, but the book itself was kind of boring, and the suspense was never really felt as much as it wanted to be. I really felt detached from the characters and not really engrossed in the book. Had to push myself to finish it. The romance aspect had some interesting moments, and I liked the idea with the book of poems, but the romance did get kinda tedious and the characters' feelings were, again, hard to connect or empathize with. The love triangle between Ryan, Shay, and Marco was really weird and a bit unnecessary. All in all, I'd only really give this a try if you've heard good things from people with similar taste as you, because otherwise you'll probably find it boring.
