a collection of essays, speeches, and interviews by Angela Davis. reading this in 2024, it felt a little surreal to realize this was written almost a decade ago when the material is (still) so relevant, especially about Palestine. I appreciate Davis’s insight and ability to connect all of the different struggles for freedom from around the world together into a single, consistent narrative.
