The Infinite Game
by Simon Sinek
I've got a front row seat to a formerly infinite company being run by a finite CEO. This book articulates the pain of that process and the dangers of behaving that way.
Very enjoyable book. Great examples.
One blind spot here is that there are many companies which play unethically and win over and over. There are companies which make the ethical infinite choice and go out of business. This book is over simplified.
