This mangaka certainly has a way of writing trashy guys. Mikio, while being better than Keiya because he is actually the same age as Isaku, is just as messed up and entirely focused on himself, satisfying his own desires and not caring about any casualties in the way. The way he felt up Isaku, and the way she didn't know to be absolutely outraged, is a small microcosm of the problems of this manga.
